Craig Raborn is the Director of the Metropolitan Planning Organization at the Houston Galveston Area Council, where he is always looking for innovative transportation planners and thinkers to join him in helping determine how to invest nearly a quarter of a billion dollars a year in transportation infrastructure that will make life better for the 7 million people who live and work in our region. Before switching to the public sector, Craig worked on the interactions of climate policy and transportation at Duke University, as the program manager for the Federal Highway Administration’s Bicycle and Pedestrian Information Center (PBIC), and as a Congressional Fellow for the American Planning Association focusing on surface transportation funding and program reauthorization.
